It reduces the body's cholesterol levels and regulates the body's blood pressure. It can also help with increasing the body’s blood flow and preventing premature aging. Garlic can improve pretty much every aspect of your bodily functions.

- Combine the garlic and milk in a saucepan and heat until boiling. 
- Let boil for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool. 
- Add the honey and drink. 
- You should drink it around 30 minutes before bed for best results.

if you put garlic straight in your nose that way, you're more likely to lose your consciousness all the night and you'll not regain it until morning. I think that's how it helps!

garlic is a great seasoning and has fantastic test when are used to it. garlic cures for most of the common infections that we rushed and took antibiotics that has side effects, if one took 4 no of garlic with one tablet spoonful of honey in the morning before breakfast he / she will see the miracle and wonders he or she may tell the story.
