Sad Abandoned House w/ EVERYTHING LEFT BEHIND, CARS LEFT out front

YouTube Capture

This house appears to have been built in the 50s or 60s, I could not find much information on it sadly but it would seem that it's last owners may have been very elderly and passed away, with no other family to take care of the place from the state of things ( like the wheelchair and walker). It was a very sad but interesting place to explore.

Edit: The house was very recently abandoned And in the time since having filmed this, ( I filmed in November) the power has been shut off and the place has been fully demolished for new developments

I DO NOT STEAL OR VANDALIZE, I only take pictures and video and only go in if it's already open , I DO not give out locations to prevent further vandalism to these historic places! Always get permission if possible!

Thanks for watching everyone. Hope you enjoy it! Make sure to like and sub if you haven't already so you know when my next videos out, Thanks!!!(:

momkatmax
The yellow chair at 01:23 it is an Eames places the home at about the 1960's. That chair would be pricey in an antique shop.

huge house..... one plate in the dish rack.....
Jim Murry
I can see the headline now "urban explore Kappy shot to death by homeowner, police rule it justified homicide!" People go to the lake for weekend and presto, Kappy is inside their abandoned home! lol, JK

Omg... This is insane....omg this is crazy... omg this is incredible. I'd be walking with that turntable, amp and speakers

Looks like the owner was an architect and place was like work office set up, style houses 1960 NOW very popular to build, also furniture, landscape...pity such house has been destroyed!
Jill Jill
I think it's strange how there is like 50 ashtrays laying around everywhere but not really any butts in them. I'm wondering if someone was a heavy smoker but got sick, maybe bedridden and all the ashtrays were emptied out but not put away
Travis Moore
I watch a lot of these urban exploring videos and abandoned locations. Something I see consistently is the year 2012. Just weird, all of that stuff about the world ending in 2012 and to see all these places frozen in time like the people just disappeared... Interesting to think about...
Abandoned MidSouth
Great video! Can't believe they left all that behind!

AWESOME STAIRWAY !! IT DOES LOOK LIKE OLDER PEOPLE LIVED THERE, BUT IM SURE IT WAS A HAPPY HOME ONCE.
BUT I ALWAYS GET TO THE QUESTION, WHY HAVE NO FAMILY MEMBERS NOT BEEN, TO REMOVE THERE FURNITURE???? DID THEY NOT CARE AT ALL???
Vera Kurz
a range the oven is where you bake things the whole appliance is a range.
John Meyer
It looks to me like the house was being packed up to leave and the the person died before it was completed.
Mary Rachelle C
I don't see the point of demolishing unless something was wrong with it. People would rather tear down the old and build some new monstrosity then renovate. How sad.
karine
The owner is gone but his clock still goes on tick-tock-ing...it broke my heart.
Daniel Talbot
Do you explore with your girlfriend or something???!!! That voice at 4:34 caught me off guard.
Yvonne smith
Hi did anyone else hear a old women's voice around the 2.20-2:27 just after he said about someone ripping the ceiling out, it sounded like don't run or don't rush..I can't quite make it out, was you on your own exploring this house??? If your were then I think you picked up a epv , did anyone else hear anything???
Lynne Braun
I wonder if they died without a will and the place went into probate??It would take years sometimes for that property to be cleared for the children or other family to get the place. Maybe by the time they got it they just sold it "as is"!!
Meg Elizabeth
great video with a very clear picture. your voice is so easy to listen to....
Jonathan Harris
Did they have some kind of business in there home or was it some kind of hobby ?
Tanika Singletary

2004 calendar. these people were murdered to get that place or hidden treasure. police and mexican sheriffs plus muslims the likely killers, obama pals no doubt. .u said it dude. if guy was, army, they knew he had hidden gold and guess who would murder them to get it!
Anne Lane
EVER HEARD OF HIDDEN CASH, GOLD AND POLICE STALKERS CHASING AFTER IT? THEY WILL MURDER EVERYONE WITH POUSON OR KIDNAP THEM, CREATE FALSE TAX BILL TO TRICK THE MASSES TO GET IT. THATS HOW ALL THESE PLACES GOT ABANDONED. GOD WILL PROVE IM RIGHT!
Tracy Sunny Whited
Great videos I really enjoy them but I wish you would pan slower and let your camera focus on some of the items better.
Jessica Darlin

It looks as if they were planning to owner had started to pack and box up boxing to move out to be moved.. But just gave up or passed on... Such a shame there lives were in them.. Now they've all been destroyed
Stardust Dream Factory
Why is it that the majority of 'urban explorers' seem to be mental defectives?
Crafty Fox
Very nicely done.
Your closing with the walker placed as if someone was glimpsing the last of life outside those walls pretty much says it all.
Larry Garvey
is this in America?
Robb Cobb
All of those books and expensive art supplies and awesome furniture will just be bulldozed when the government notices it.
Lisa Stokes
my heart sinks watching this one

I find it sad that there are noloved ones wanting to look through the boxes or want something from the house for sentimental reasons. Hoping the wprkers donate what they can to places like Habitat for Community. The owners are in HEAVEN. They don't miss the earthly things.
Gielo Balueta
So sad.

Love your videos...Keep them coming!
Looks to be a situation where an elderly home owner-probably no children- has either been put in a nursing home or has passed and relatives-who may also be elderly-just can't deal or they don't want to deal. So they sometimes have an auction house or professional sellers come in get what they can for contents and sell house and property for a quick profit.
Really sad, cuz so many people don't care about antiques or family memories, they just want the cash ☹
Jennifer Devereaux
What a shame the house was demolished, with a remodel the home could have been sweet! The deck and fireplace wall was pretty nice.
Monica Mazurkiewicz
Great find. Beautiful house. I wonder what they do with all the things inside the house before they demolish it..
Janette Hensley
so sad copper thievs ! but whata great find beautiful old things and was once a beautiful home thank you for the exploration with us .
aliana mcdaniel
Beautiful home. Why demolish it...
kelley McCarroll
What state and city WAS this in? I love all the trees and the stone on the outer walls. I can imagine sitting on that huge porch listening to the birds.
Spynke 80
It is a beautiful home. Just needed to be remodeled some
Jan Ramey
I know a lot of people feel the same way, but it still makes me so angry that great places with salvageable materials and cool furnishings aren't saved before demolition. The German way mentioned below is a cool idea. My husband and I have our will say all items my son doesn't want (or pieces going to particular friends) be donated to the Thrift Shop that supports our local No Kill Shelter. We Americans have become so careless with the past and the future and it is terrible for our planet. Many people who could benefit from receiving the furniture and such.
mnicrashSoren
that is a sin man what a really cool house had so much potential my home was built in the 50's it is a fortress what an awesome place to bad it is gone little by little all the character and history disappears. I used to clean out houses for real estate companies keep what you want kinda cool kinda sad weird job lol still have stuff from those days military memorabilia sad to just let it be tossed again man really good stuff thank you for taking the risk
creepy charon
this is very sad its a nice house

As always you videos are excellent. You always seem to pan the camera where I want to look. I am so happy you got to capture the legacy or what was left of this souls home. There were many interesting artifacts and beautiful things. Like it was a time capsule opened just for us. Now that the house is gone I wish we could know the story of the life that created this explore. Maybe put a face to the story. I like that no info is given to divulge where a place is while it is still standing. I hate vandals , scrappers , and thieves) But now it's gone ...... just a wish I guess.

was someone with you ? @4:36 i swear i hears what sounds like a woman whisper something!
