Am nördlichen Ende vom City-Tunnel Leipzig befindet sich der Bahnhof Leipzig Nord, wo einige S-Bahnlinien der S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland halten. Auch fahren hier einige Regionalzüge (vorwiegend mit BR 143) und ICEs der Generationen 1 und T durch, sowie eine 101er.

At the northern end of Leipzig's City-Tunnel is the train station Leipzig north, where some S-Bahn lines of S-Bahn middle-germany stop. Some regional trains (mainly with DB class 143) and the ICE generations 1 and T pass this station, too, as well as a loco of DB class 101.
